Account Sales Manager

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an Account Sales Manager - Industrial Water Treatment to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Drive new customer acquisition and manage a high-volume deal pipeline.- Manage assigned accounts with a focus on technical service and value creation.- Maintain revenue, ensure price capture, and improve gross profit margins.- Identify and pursue new product opportunities within existing accounts.- Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting prioritized opportunities.- Respond to inbound leads and leverage sales expertise to close new accounts.- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to support strategic decision-making.- Perform standard procedures, data gathering, and reporting using charts and diagrams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering.- Minimum 5 years of experience in the water treatment field.- At least 2 years in a similar sales/service role.- Strong technical knowledge in water treatment, including cooling water, boiler water, RO, raw water, and wastewater systems.- Experience in industries such as chemical/petrochemical plants, refineries, power plants, automotive, palm oil, or general manufacturing.- Excellent communication skills and ability to generate clear reports.- Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening).-
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, goal-driven, and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
