**- Manage membership programs and design strategies to attract and retain members
- Analyze membership data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team, Digital Media, and related departments to promote membership programs
- Provide excellent service and maintain strong relationships with membership members
- Handle community complaints and provide feedback to the management
- Organize events for members to increase engagement and loyalty
- Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring financial targets are met
- Produce monthly reports on membership numbers and revenue

**Membership Program Management & Strategy**
- Manage membership programs and design strategies to attract and retain members, with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding membership targets.
- Develop membership packages designed to fit to market needs and improve loyalty programs to achieve growth goals.
- Ensure continuous membership growth through innovation in programs, services, and facilities.

**Data Analysis & Improvement**
- Analyze membership data to identify trends, understand member behavior, and pinpoint areas for improvement, helping to meet or exceed target metrics.
- Generate reports on membership performance, revenue, and trends to support strategic decision-making aimed at hitting targets.

**Sales & Marketing Collaboration**
- Collaborate with the marketing team and related departments to effectively promote membership programs.
- Use creative marketing strategies to attract new members, boost retention, and achieve growth goals.

**Customer Service & Relationship Management**
- Provide excellent service and maintain strong relationships with membership members.
- Offer solutions to member inquiries and complaints, ensuring all needs are met promptly and professionally.

**Event Management & Member Engagement**
- Organize exclusive member events, such as health seminars, fitness workshops, or social gatherings, to enhance engagement and loyalty.
- Build a strong community among members through activities that foster connections between members and the sports club team.

**Budget & Financial Management**
- Prepare and monitor budgets, ensuring established financial targets are met.
- Ensure membership programs operate efficiently to maximize profitability.
- Produce monthly reports on membership numbers and revenue, ensuring accuracy in financial data.

**Membership Administration & Reporting**
- Prepare monthly reports on membership numbers, retention rates, and revenue, aligning with overall membership targets.
- Oversee payment and contract administration, ensuring all transactions are handled accurately.

**Team Leadership & Development**
- Train and lead the membership team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Develop team members' skills in sales, communication, and customer service.
- Schedule and foster strong teamwork within the membership team.
