PT Wasteforchange Alam Indonesia is a company that provides waste management service from upstream to downstream with a vision of reducing the amount of waste that ends up in landfills.
Responsible for employee attendance data collection.

Manage HRIS in terms of shifting, time off, employee data, attendance data and other functions, especially those related to payroll.

Prepare, calculate and make employee salary reports along with PPh 21.

Responsible for the registration and termination of employee insurance membership, as well as employee insurance claims.

Involved in the development and preparation of employee compensation and benefit schemes.

Develop and evaluate procedures related to payroll processes and compensation and benefit schemes.

Carry out the administrative process of filing and payment of compensation and benefits.

Involved in improving the system of compensation and benefits.

Involve in the process of paying non
- staff wages when necessary.

Involved in the scope of the HC Operation work process in accordance with direct superiors if needed.

Doing administration task regarding Human Capital needs such as contract, addendum, mutation info, etc.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree of Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or any any related field.

Have experience from the same field at least 1 year.

Have an understanding using Talenta is a plus.

Strong analytical and keen to details.

Good communication and excellent problem-solving skills.

Domiciled in Bekasi or willing to be placed in Bekasi with hybrid work cycle.
