Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

Kami membuka kesempatan bagi kandidat yang berpengalaman untuk posisi Purchasing & Import Officer, yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengelolaan pembelian, proses impor, stok, serta administrasi operasional perusahaan.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan:

Mengelola petty cash dan pencatatan pengeluaran harian

Update dan kontrol stok barang per katalog

Menangani purchasing untuk kebutuhan produk Marvel, gedung, dan operasional harian

Input dan monitoring expense perusahaan

Mengelola dan merekap petty cash

Menangani komplain potongan, kompensasi barang rusak, serta klaim ke pabrik

Mengecek transfer mingguan expedisi, uang refund, rebound, dan lainnya

Review dan verifikasi proposal support yang diajukan oleh customer

Menentukan dan mengelola customer support (gift, display, merchandise, dll)

Monitoring container impor, meliputi order, stok gudang, ETA/ETD, kesesuaian Packing List dan dokumen

Memastikan koordinasi desain, termasuk jadwal deadline, revisi, dan follow-up

Bertanggung jawab atas proses impor serta menjaga hubungan baik dengan pabrik/fabrik luar negeri

Kualifikasi:

Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang purchasing, import, atau supply chain

Memahami proses impor dan pengiriman container

Terbiasa mengelola stok, purchasing, dan administrasi

Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu yang baik

Mampu berkomunikasi dengan supplier dan pabrik

Menguasai Microsoft Excel dan administrasi dasar

Mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik

Menguasai Bahasa Inggris (pasif & aktif)

Nilai Tambah (Diutamakan):

Pengalaman di industri bahan bangunan / flooring / manufaktur

Pengalaman berhubungan dengan pabrik luar negeri (China)

Memahami alur kerja desain & produksi
