**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced GM Finance to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and tax compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting and providing strategic financial guidance to the leadership team.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies and policies to support the company's growth and profitability.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing accurate and timely financial projections.
- Lead the tax compliance process, ensuring timely and accurate filing of all tax returns.
- Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance and support.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment and support business initiatives.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and regulatory changes.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, CA, or Tax Certification) is a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax management.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software (SAP)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
