Job Description:
1. Responsible for the user growth of investment app in Indonesia. Formulating and implementing product growth strategy based on local insights;
2. Evaluate market conditions and competitor data on a regular basis to identify emerging trends, to provide learning to support the continuous optimization of incentives and campaigns;
3. Leverage and optimize various kinds of user growth tools and incentives to drive user acquisition and engagement, including product selection strategy, coupon, and other incentive design;
4. Collaborate with the product and development teams to ensure that the product and user experience are optimized for maximum user engagement and retention.
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in top/reputable national or international universities or equivalent practical experience.
2. Min 5 years’ experience in user acquisition and retention in a digital environment
3. Pursue the execellence,being radical truthful,open minded,and smart.
4. Able to use mandarin or English as working language. Has experience working in foreign companies/fintech is a plus.
5. Being able to speak Mandarin is a plus.
