**General Manager - F&B Retail Company**

**(Work base: Yogyakarta)**

Our client is a nationwide F&B Retail company. Presently, they are actively hiring General Manager (GM) Operation who reports directly to President Director, with the following work responsibilities and requirements.

**Work Responsibilities**:

- He/she will be responsible for the Company’s profitability and overall business performance.
- This role will be responsible for Company’s corporate strategy formulation and budgeting process.
- The role shall drive the Company and its staff performance through a robust performance management system; he/she will ensure the management team meets overall company Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and annual business objectives.
- Leading the innovation, solution-making, and problem-solving activities within the management and operation team concerning the Company’s products and services.
- Driving the Company’s commercial activities, including business development, sales, and marketing communication activities.
- Putting Good Corporate Governance (GCG) in place ensures the highest compliance level with the Company’s policy & procedures, applicable local legislation (law), business code of ethics, safety & health regulation, generally accepted accounting standards, and another set of rules applicable to the practice.
- This role shall be responsible for the overall cost management of the Company, actively generating ideas for business process and technology improvement, leading to cost efficiency, which might develop a more affordable cost for customers and bring more profitability for the Company.
- In general, he/she will be responsible for the whole staff management, ensuring the productivity, sustainability, and high-level engagement of the Company’s staff and contractors.

**Work Requirements**:

- Currently, he/she works as General Manager (or in a similar role), preferably with F&B or retail business.
- Preferably, someone who owns full P&L accountability with a growth mindset.
- Strong leadership and management skills, able to drive the Company’s performance and growth while ensuring Good Corporate Governance within the Company.

**Salary**: Rp30,000,000 - Rp50,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Yogyakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
