What You Will Do:
a) Manage end-to-end Talent Management strategies and implementation (Recruitment, Learning, Organization Development, Employee Relation, Compensation & Benefit)
b) Manage and oversee the operational activities of Office Management & Services.
c) Act as consultant and business partner regarding Human management to support business decision.
d) Coach the employee related to people matters.
e) Drive team productivity and results through a focus on process and operational excellence then, manage the implementation of HR systems and processes

What You Will Need:
a) Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
b) Min. 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with experience in leading teams
c) Strong experienced in planning Manpower and People Development projects/activities
d) Good command of English (spoken and written)
e) Good understanding of Indonesia Local employment compliance
f) Having strong conceptual & analytical thinking
g) Bachelor’s Degree of Human Resource Management/Psychology is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp6,500,000 per month
