We are looking for a **motivated and friendly salesperson/assistent**to join our team in our fashion boutique in Sanur.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through a personal and inspiring shopping experience — from the first smile to the final purchase.

You'll help turn new visitors into loyal fans by offering thoughtful service, authentic connection, and product knowledge.

We're a small but growing fashion brand focused on **high-quality, handmade pieces** and a strong connection to our customers — both in-store and online.

**Objectives of this Role**
- Deliver warm, personal, and professional service
- Build trust and long-term customer relationships
- Keep the store looking clean, tidy, and inviting
- Represent our brand values with care and enthusiasm
- Support with light **social media tasks** (e.g. short IG stories or posts during quiet hours)
- Take initiative and work independently when needed

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist customers in-store
- Answer questions and guide product selection
- Operate EDC machine and handle purchases
- Restock and maintain the presentation of merchandise
- Resolve customer concerns in a helpful, solution-oriented manner
- Create small social media content when the store is quiet

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Strong communication and people skills
- Friendly, confident, and professional appearance
- Responsible and able to work independently
- Passion for fashion and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and change
- Fluent spoken English
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Familiarity with EDC systems
- Experience with Instagram or content creation
- Computer skills(Excell and website) and a desire to learn
