Signature Consulting Pte Ltd Singapore is hiring for Human Resources Officer based in Jakarta.

**Job Desc**:

- Participate in recruitment process involving sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
- Formulate and implement other HR activities and projects as and when directed by the Management
- Ensure that payroll is processed timely and accurately and in compliance with local laws.
- Develop and manage employee communications and engagement
- Perform payroll calculations including overtime, referrals, allowances and deductions, pro-ration and retro-pay.
- Perform payroll payment transfer upon approval of Director and prepare payroll journal reports for Financial division.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Economics, Business, Management or equivalent from a reputable university
- Able to communicate and write in fluent English
- Knowledgeable in laws and regulations for payroll and taxation.
- Good Ms. Excel, numerical and administrative skill
- Strong coordination and communication skills, humble and down to earth
- Meticulous, have attention to details, diligent and able to work independently and with integrity
