**Job responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all engineering projects executed from the Jakarta branch, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in alignment with company objectives and Indonesian regulations.
- Maintain high standards of technical accuracy, safety, and quality across all branch projects.
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for branch projects.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project requirements and technical standards.
- Troubleshoot engineering issues and implement corrective actions proactively.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Jakarta branch, including project planning, resource allocation, and workflow management.
- Ensure the branch meets operational KPIs, deadlines, and budget requirements.
- Supervise and guide branch engineering staff, providing mentorship and performance feedback.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for projects handled by the Jakarta branch.
- Organize regular project meetings with stakeholders to update on progress, identify risks, and resolve issues.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth and repeat projects.
- Assist in preparing project budgets and track expenditures at the branch level.
- Manage procurement of materials, tools, and equipment for branch projects.
- Ensure efficient use of manpower, machinery, and branch resources to optimize project delivery.
- Ensure all branch projects adhere to local regulations, company policies, and industry safety standards.
- Monitor and implement quality assurance procedures across all projects.
- Conduct regular safety audits and promote a culture of safety awareness among branch staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including technical reports, progress reports, and branch performance metrics.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports to HQ management regarding branch projects, financial performance, and operational challenges.
- Ensure all records comply with internal and statutory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for new projects, clients, and partnerships within Jakarta and surrounding regions.
- Collaborate with HQ sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives.
- Provide technical input during client proposals, bids, and contract negotiations.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- 5-7 years’ experience in project engineering or branch management, preferably in construction, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management skills with proven experience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Professional Certifications: Relevant HSE, project management, or offshore certifications will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Indonesian engineering standards, safety regulations, and local compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel to project sites across Jakarta and Indonesia as required.
- Experience managing teams, coordinating vendors, and handling operational responsibilities.
