**What You Will Do**:

- Provide guidance and support to all functions (Air and Ocean Shipping, Marketing, and Sales) and respond to requests from the Head of Operations, suppliers, and customers regarding customs brokerage and relevant tax (customs) regulations.
- Develop and implement customs policies, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with legal requirements and company standards.
- Support business functions and units by monitoring their tasks to ensure legal compliance with customs and other regulations.
- Assist Air, Ocean, and Sales teams in selling customs clearance services by providing expertise during the sales and tender processes.
- Monitor all customs and messenger division activities across all branches, for both Sea and Air operations.
- Coordinate with the PPJK team to ensure the completeness of EDI and other supporting documents required for customs clearance.
- Prepare supporting documents for extending NIK or other permits.
- Communicate with customs authorities to resolve issues related to Indonesian trade.
- Stay updated on the latest customs clearance information and regulations.
- Prepare monthly reports on customs operations.
- Reconcile storage and handling payments with the Finance team.
- Evaluate the performance of trucking vendors.
- Ensure all documents are uploaded to the internal app system.
- **Minimum Qualifications: What You Will Need to Have**:

- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of **3-5 years of experience in customs clearance operations.**:

- **PPJK certification (required) **.
- Excellent understanding of customs regulations and procedures in Indonesia.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customs authorities, suppliers, and customers.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- A demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in freight forwarding operations.
