Define list of new merchants that are potential to grow.
- Discover new potential areas to be acquired based on the consumers density.
- Create a journey plan for new merchants acquired to be active merchants with incubation plan.
- Communicate findings from data and analyses to stakeholders, influencing them to make the best decisions possible.
- Develop new approach for merchant acquisition in the expansion area.
- Working with operations team for the incubation process for new merchants.
- Make sure the team and individuals achieve the target
- Come up with sales boost plan and hit the monthly, weekly target

**Requirement**
- Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Have min. 5 years in the same field.
- Must be fluent in English.
- Target oriented.
- Experienced in e-commerce and/or Fashion Brand will be a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

- in e-commerce or Fashion Brand: 3 years (required)
- Merchant Acquisition: 3 years (preferred)
