We Are Hiring - **Legal Specialist** (Real estate and Development field)

Developer Real estate company in Bali is offering an opportunity for professionals who are dedicated, highly motivated, and have strong integrity to join us as a Legal Specialist.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law (S1 Hukum).
- At least 5 years of experience in legal field and 3 years in real estate, construction and development.
- Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations for construction and real estate business, including licensing, and business law.
- Experienced in drafting and reviewing legal documents (MoU, Cooperation Agreements, NDAs)
- Able to manage corporate legalities and licensing processes (OSS, NIB, SIUP, etc.).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Preferably based in Bali.

**Job Description**:

- Drafting and reviewing cooperation agreements, sale and purchase agreements, lease agreements, NDAs, MOUs, and other legal documents.
- Conducting legal drafting and legal review of both internal and external legal documents.
- Providing legal opinions related to legal issues affecting the company.
- Conducting legal research and analyzing laws and regulations that impact the company’s operations.
- Managing business licenses and legal compliance, including OSS, NIB, SIUP, TDP, environmental permits, etc.
- Representing the company in communications with notaries, government institutions, and third parties on legal matters.
- Assisting in the resolution of legal disputes (if any), including coordination with external legal counsel.
- Organizing and maintaining legal documents in a neat and orderly manner.
- Supporting audit activities and ensuring the availability of relevant legal documentation.
