Key roles and responsibilities

Liaise/Coordinate with project team members and outside parties in preparing design brief, appointment of consultants, master program, and financial budgets

Responsible for multiple project development progress, quality and cost control

Cooperate with internal (senior management/designers/QS/etc) and external stakeholders (client, main contractor, etc) to ensure that the works will fulfill all functional, operational and quality requirements.

Monitor the design development and construction progress mitigating any project risks

Monitor the execution of the works, ensuring the required time, cost, quality elements and smooth handover are achieved.

Skills & Experience

4+ years of experience within a Design & Build or similar working environment as a Project Manager

Solid experience in large commercial/corporate office fit out projects preferred (new build and renovations would be advantageous) including a sound knowledge of MEP.

Previous experience of delivering projects with an understanding of challengers faced in terms of skill in time, cost and quality control and how to overcome them and exceed expectations

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and numerous stakeholders ensuring high quality finishes that are on time and in budget

Excellent communication skill(s) including both written and oral English and Chinese

Preferred knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point

Willing to work on site

Able to work under pressure as a team and individually

Good communication in English, both oral and written

Good attitude and communication skil

Able to manage workload and meet deadlines
