Credit Operations Associate

1. Ensure compliance with Bank’s policy and procedure and regulatory requirements with regards to the KYC and Financial Security responsibilities and duties 2. To involve and join necessary training in order to upgrade skills and to receive a proper coaching as a feedback so to be able to perform the job properly, timely and corre 3. Perform as back up roles and support functions of co-worker in Client Referential Team (static data scope) activities as per agreed back-up arrangement 4. Contribute to the Permanent Control Framework and other Control plan handled by Ops Permanent Control team 5. To perform second level credit control independent from the business lines to ensure that core missions is performed for all types of credit facilities: a. Conformity of authorization put in place with the credit decisions made by delegation holders ( credit approvers ); b. Management of integrity of risk data (including security records) maintained in Bank’s risk system c. To ensure that credit risk taken by the bank are monitored correctly ; 7. To ensure credit control procedure is put in place and performed effectively in line with the global mission, regional and local requirements; 8. Control credit limit availability and risk data in systems (Atlas II and CAT) in conformity to credit decisions and documentation requirement ; 9. Facility and Security documentation validation to ensure conformity to credit decisions and legal requirement prior to limit activation; 10. Monitoring of genuine excess or exceptions for both financing metiers and capital market products ; a. To regularly report and monitor any excess, anomalies in documentation, security coverage, past due annual review, overdue or breached covenants, underwriting, and watch-list and doubtful assets ; b. To ensure and validate that approvals have been obtained from the delegation holders for any genuine excess or exceptions ; c. Pro-active identification, investigation and resolution of any system issue that could have an impact on the correct credit risk monitoring ; d. Contribute to NAC (New Activity COmmittee) from credit risk control perspective for new products in close liaison with the local and regional management. 11. Guarantee the reliability, integrity and quality of risk data in the risk systems for preparation of credit risk reports. 12. In close co-ordination with the risk streams in the region for local regulatory topics and reporting. 13. Ensure that relevant permanent controls for Credit Risk are implemented and operational. 14. Ensure no breach of process in area of Financial Securities - to follow all policy and regulation 15. Escalating any incident related to the operational process to Head of Risk and Head of CLM 16. Responsible for data/information management (MIS) upon request from any respective parties. 17. Contribute to a proper back up plan to avoid unnecessary capacity issue 18. Contribute to ensure all policies and procedures are well kept and updated 19.
