We are seeking a Partnerships Operation Associates who is detail-oriented and highly organized. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing various operational aspects of our partnerships, ensuring smooth execution, and fostering strong relationships with external partners. This position requires strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a passion for optimizing processes and driving results. The Partnerships Operation Associate will work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient business development process.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnership Coordination & Management: Act as a central point of contact for partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Assist in the negotiation, review, and execution of partnership agreements and contracts. Oversee and manage the operational aspects of partnerships, including ongoing relationship management.
- Project Management: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely execution of partnership initiatives. Coordinate with the business development team to ensure alignment and achievement of project goals.
- Process Optimization & SOP Maintenance: Continuously evaluate and streamline partnership processes and workflows to enhance efficiency. Implement and maintain best practices and standard operating procedures to drive operational excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as sales, operations, and legal, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment across the organization.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze, track, and measure the performance and impact of partnerships. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on partnership outcomes to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- 2+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or operations roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, communication and interpersonal skills, and good attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of relevant industries, market dynamics, and emerging trends.

The Partnerships Operation Associate will work closely with other teams within the organization, such as compliance, product, credit, and operations, to ensure that all procedures related to internal business development are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards. They will be responsible for providing ongoing support to the commercial team, data analysis related to the business development process, and communications with external partners.
