Menyusun rancangan (TNA) program training yang meliputi metode, strategi dan tekniknya

Membuat bahan ajar/modul training (handsout, video, SOC) yang dibutuhkan

Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (Ms. Office)

Menguasai program desain (Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Ilustrartor) dan Fotografi

Memberikan training sesuai dengan kompetensinya

Mengevaluasi program training yang sudah dilaksanakan para trainer

Memberikan pelayanan istimewa kepada trainee dengan standar rating/feedback sesuai dengan ketentuan

Sebagai pusat koordinasi bagi para trainer dalam pelaksanaan program training
Pendidikan mínimal S1

Memiliki kemampuan training development divisi Sales

Memiliki pengalaman mínimal 2 tahun di bidang Sales

Pengalaman mínimal 1 tahun sebagai Trainer

Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik

Berpenampilan menarik dan memiliki kemampuan service excellent
