**Responsibilities**

Creating staff schedules
- Managing staff and ensuring that they perform their tasks correctly
- Ensuring that the food and drinks served in the restaurant meet the established quality standards.
- Monitoring and managing restaurant inventory.
- Managing restaurant budgets and finances, including calculating operational costs, creating financial reports, and monitoring restaurant expenses and income.
- Maintaining safety and cleanliness.
- Developing marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Male/female
- Minimum education of D3
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
- Understands the basics of restaurant management software
- Has strong leadership skills.

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp8,000,000 per month

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
