**Position Summary**:
“Terra Drone Agri is looking for Export Import Staff. We are looking for someone who understands and knows the process of export import regulations and documents. This position will be working closely with all departments in Indonesia and Malaysia.”

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all import and export processes with local documents (invoice, P/L, AWB, Insurance, PO, etc.) and all related duties
- Prepare, collect data related to imports and exports and handle shipping, receiving and recording for international transactions.
- Supervise and coordinate import and export activities. Ensure that they are monitored, reported and reviewed for accuracy, in accordance with applicable national laws, regulations, rules, policies and procedures.
- Coordinating shipments with customs agents for overseas shipping permits, handling offers from potential shippers and handling claims with insurance companies in the event of shipping problems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in international trading, information technology, accounting, or equivalent related field
- Having mínimal 2 years of experience in export import, procurement, purchasing or related field
- Good command of written and spoken in English actively (advance)
- Have a good computer literate: Ms. Office (word, excel, etc.)
- Having integrity, detail oriented, fast learner, and easy to adapt with fast paced environment
- Familiarity with export import document, regulation and process
- Willing to be placed in Cempaka Putih, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu

Gaji: Rp8.000.000 - Rp12.000.000 per bulan
