The Gig
We're on the lookout for an **HR Manager** based at our **Bali Hub**, who’s ready to take the People & Culture experience to a whole new level. This is no ordinary HR role — you’ll be the **go-to people person** for our legendary Ovolo team across **Australia**, acting as the cultural compass, performance coach, and all-around rockstar of all things people.

Working hand-in-hand with our **Group Director of People & Performance**, you’ll help shape the future of our work culture, drive initiatives that make our people feel seen and supported, and bring big energy to everything from recruitment to employee engagement.

What You’ll Be Rockin’:

- Leading and supporting all HR functions for **Ovolo Australia & Bali HUB** from our **Bali-based office**.
- Acting as a **trusted advisor** to hotel managers, department heads, and team leads on everything from policies to performance.
- Driving end-to-end **employee lifecycle processes** - hiring, onboarding, engagement, development, and exit (if they must ).
- Ensuring **compliance with Australian labour laws**, and supporting managers with best practices.
- Championing culture, inclusion, and **team wellbeing**, while injecting the Ovolo spark into every touchpoint.
- Collaborating with the People & Performance crew on group-wide projects, including talent development, leadership programs, and innovation in people practices.
- Supporting and uplifting the Bali Hub team - because leadership starts with how you show up locally, too.

About You:

- You’ve got **solid HR experience** (preferably in hospitality or service-focused industries), and you’ve supported **multi-location or cross-border teams**.
- You understand the ins and outs of **Australian employment regulations**.
- You're a **relationship-builder**, an empathetic listener, and a confident decision-maker.
- You’re flexible, forward-thinking, and love finding creative ways to support people and performance.
- You balance **HR structure and compliance** with the **magic of culture and care**.
- You’re based in **Bali**, and ready to make an impact globally from the Island of the Gods.
