Lead the development and implementation of the company’s regulatory and sustainability strategies in line with corporate goals and compliance requirements.
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on the organization, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Establish and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and stakeholders to promote the company’s interests and navigate regulatory landscapes.
- Develop and execute sustainability initiatives that align with business objectives, enhance the company's environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance, and promote sustainable practices across the organization.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and the board, highlighting regulatory compliance status, sustainability metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Conduct training and workshops to educate employees on regulatory requirements and sustainability practices within the company.
- Lead the preparation of sustainability reports and disclosures, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant frameworks and standards.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate sustainability into business operations and decision-making processes.
- Benchmark against industry best practices to continuously improve regulatory compliance and sustainability performance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Regulatory Affairs, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, sustainability, or compliance roles, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of local and international regulatory frameworks, environmental policies, and sustainability reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
