Job Summary:
The Office IT Technician provides technical support and maintenance for the office's computers and other IT equipment. This includes installation, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair of hardware and software. The Office IT Technician is also responsible for ensuring the security of the office's IT systems, including setting up users, maintaining security protocols, and providing training on security procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain computers and other IT peripherals such as printers, scanners, etc.
- Set up and maintain network connections and user accounts.
- Perform periodic system backups, software updates, and security checks.
- Provide technical support to users and ensure their requests are addressed in a timely manner.
- Monitor and respond to system alerts and notifications.
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and software.
- Ensure the security of the office's IT systems by enforcing security protocols, updating security measures, and providing user training.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least two years of experience in an IT support role.
- Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of network security protocols and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT support: 2 years (required)
- Network Security Protocols: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
