**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**

Sebagai **Cost Analytic Intern**, Anda akan mendukung tim dalam analisis biaya dan pengendalian anggaran untuk proyek konstruksi atau lainnya. Peran ini mencakup tugas-tugas yang bersifat analitis, teknis, dan administratif, dengan fokus pada memastikan proyek berjalan sesuai anggaran. Anda akan bekerja erat dengan Quantity Surveyor dan tim Cost Control untuk memberikan data akurat yang mendukung pengambilan keputusan.

**Tanggung Jawab Utama**

**Quantity Surveying**
- Menghitung volume dan kuantitas material dari gambar kerja (BOQ).
- Membantu dalam proses tender dengan mengevaluasi penawaran dari subkontraktor atau supplier.
- Menyusun estimasi biaya awal berdasarkan spesifikasi proyek.

**Cost Control**
- Memantau anggaran proyek dan mengidentifikasi potensi overbudget.
- Membantu pembuatan laporan keuangan proyek, termasuk rekonsiliasi anggaran.
- Menganalisis perbedaan antara biaya aktual dengan estimasi awal.

**Analisis Data**
- Menyusun laporan bulanan terkait progres biaya dan kuantitas proyek.
- Membantu pengembangan sistem pelacakan biaya berbasis data untuk meningkatkan efisiensi.
- Mendukung penyediaan data dan grafik analisis biaya untuk presentasi.

**Kolaborasi Tim**
- Mendukung komunikasi dengan tim konstruksi, purchasing, dan manajemen proyek untuk memastikan sinkronisasi data.
- Membantu administrasi dokumen yang terkait dengan anggaran dan kuantitas.

**Kualifikasi**
- Mahasiswa aktif atau lulusan baru dari program studi Teknik Sipil, Manajemen Proyek, Teknik Industri, atau jurusan terkait.
- Pemahaman dasar mengenai Quantity Surveying dan Cost Control.
- Mahir menggunakan Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, dan software manajemen proyek (misalnya Primavera atau MS Project).
- Memiliki kemampuan analitis dan pemecahan masalah yang baik.
- Detail-oriented dengan kemampuan manajemen waktu yang baik.
- Komunikasi yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
