**What you'll be doing**:

- Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling staff, inventory management, and maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Spa Manager or Senior Spa Therapist role within the hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, and industry trends
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team
- Proven track record of driving financial performance and implementing cost-saving measures
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with poise and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in using spa management software and other relevant technology
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of talented spa therapists to deliver exceptional treatments and experiences to our guests
- Develop and implement spa policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery
- Manage the spa's budget and financial performance, including forecasting, purchasing, and cost control
- Liaise with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless and integrated guest experience
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the spa's performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any guest inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
