**UX Researcher [Mentor Experience]**:
**About the role**:
We are looking for an exceptional UX Researcher who is passionate about learning and education. The UX Researcher will work closely with the Mentor Management, Learning Experience Design, and Content Strategy team, to provide strong insights from mentors and help construct strong user experience in our solutions.

This role will report to the Research Manager and Learning Experience Design Manager to focus on establishing a strong mentor experience. Insights from mentors will also be shared across streams, such as Product, Creative & Content teams.

At Kuncie, the research team is embedded in various streams while operating as a tight-knit. We operate in a fast-paced environment and get to have a direct impact on the millions of learners & mentors who rely on Kuncie to gain or share knowledge. To maximise researchers speed in delivering impact, researchers will be supported by an internal research ops team in recruiting users, note taking & administrations.

**As a UX Researcher you will..**:

- Create research planning, conduct research including user requirements gathering, early stage concept, and prototype testing, guerrilla research, and other approaches to ensuring the user need is fully understood in the experience design and managing research projects.
- Synthesis insights gained from user research into formats to enhance organisational understanding of our target segments.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to identify, evaluate research topics, suggest research strategies and methodologies to generate focused insights and to convert concepts into high quality stimulus material.
- Presenting findings and related design/business recommendations and customer insights to stakeholders.
- Promoting user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization.
- Utilize diverse sets of UX research tools to conduct research.

**What you will need**:

- At least 3 years of proven experience in conducting human-centered design research, UX research, synthesis, and workshop facilitation.
- Has experience drawing from a variety of research methods: in-depth interviews, ethnographic, surveys, prototyping, user testing, concept testing, diary studies, focus group discussions
- Experience in analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to produce UX insights and artefact
- Good at influencing user needs to senior stakeholders, and acting as persuasive advocate for those needs
- Experience in utilizing UX research tools (Miro, Maze, Typeform, UX Cam, Google Analytics etc)
- Ability to effectively share research results, formulation of practical questions, and collaborate with stakeholders in making decisions
- Passionate about education space, with a love for career learning and development
