Internal Communications Associate

**About the Role** This role supports the Internal Communications team in managing content and messages shared across the company. You’ll help write and schedule announcements, newsletters, and other internal updates, while also working with different teams to make sure communication runs smoothly. Perfect for you who enjoys writing, is detail-oriented, and is confident in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. **What You Will Do**: - ** Manage internal communication channels**, including content calendar visibility, Mailchimp scheduling, and audience coordination with related stakeholder - ** Create and adapt content for internal platforms** (Lark banners, Lark Snapshots, company newsletters, and announcements) - ** Draft and deliver company-wide communications,** ensuring clarity and consistency across platforms - ** Support internal events** such as Townhalls, including coordination, calendar invites, and taskforce assistance - ** Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors** for content development, design, and writing quality review (EN & ID). **What You Will Need**: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English - Open to **Fresh Graduates (Contract)** and **Final-Year University Students (Internship)**: - Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment. - Comfortable working cross-functionally and proactively reaching out to collaborate with colleagues across teams. - Well organized, with strong attention to detail and an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. **About the Team** We're the team behind the voices you see in newsletters, banners, and company-wide updates.
