DESIGNATION : Marketing Communication Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible to provide administrative support and assist the Corporate Communication team in executing various tasks and projects, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to effective communication initiatives, as well as being responsible for managing event projects and producing content related to public relations.
  • Able to develop events (such as event planning, execution, vendor management, budgeting, reporting, and logistic) and collaborate with other teams to ensure they run according to the planned objectives.
  • Ensure the completion and accuracy of all administrative tasks within the Corporate Communication team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team to support project alignment and objectives.
  • Responsible for creating and circulating administrative documents (documentation, budget tracking, invoicing, scheduling, vendor contracts, permits, etc.)
  • Prepare and manage event documentation such as run-downs, PIC lists, technical requirements, and vendor contracts
  • Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, vendor management, budgeting, scheduling, equipment, and on-site execution.
  • Support the development of event promotional materialsMonitor and update project progress reports to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Assist each pillar within the Corporate Communication team in managing and executing projects.
  • Risk/Findings audit to be fulfilled
  • Ensure staff are informed and trained to support good corporate governance in their specific areas of work

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or any related field
  • 1-3 years experience in Marketing Communication & Event

Knowledge

  • Administrative Skills: Proficiency in organizing, managing, and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
  • Project Management Basics: Knowledge of planning, tracking, and supporting project execution effectively.
  • Corporate Communication Fundamentals: Understanding the basics of corporate branding, internal communication, and public relations.
  • Metrics and Analytics: Understanding of performance metrics to evaluate and optimize events effectively.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management : coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
  • Event Planning & Execution : plan, coordinate, and execute events end-to-end, including logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and on-site operations.
