DESIGNATION : IT Service Management Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
**Role Purpose**

1. Collaborates with product owners, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to define release scope, timelines, and objectives.

2. Creates and maintains a release calendar, scheduling releases and coordinating with other teams to avoid conflicts and ensure optimal timing.

3. Identifies and allocates resources (personnel, tools, infrastructure) required for the release process.

4. Identifies and manages dependencies between different components or systems involved in the release.

5. Identifies potential risks associated with the release and develops mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

6. Oversees the execution of the release plan, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and according to established procedures.

7. Coordinates with deployment teams to deploy the software or hardware to the target environments.

8. Works closely with various teams, including development, testing, operations, and support, to ensure a smooth and coordinated release process.

9. Conducts post-release reviews.

10. Performance monitoring for deployment, incident, & initiative.

11. Process Improvement.

12. Developing Policies and Procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage deployment process on all ITAS unit
- Manage Internal project
- Manage ticketing and reporting ticket

QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as IT service Management or similar position at least 2 years' experience.
