**About Our Client**:
Our client is a global energy, commodity & shipping company covering 15 countries. Owning coal mines and assets with the production of 10million coal per annum for both domestic and export markets, our client is looking for a global Head of Trading to lead the end-to-end trading activities across the globe.

Leading and overseeing the commercial thermal coal trading activities, the Global Head of Trading will lead the end-to-end process in trade negotiation and finalization in the region. This role is also responsible in developing network customer strategy in supply and procurement coal trading value chain. Reporting to the CEO, the Global Head of Trading, this role will have a team of 14 traders from across the globe.

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Holds bachelor's or master's Degree in related discipline (Engineering, Business management, International Trade) with excellent communication proficiency (Bahasa and English).
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in Thermal coal trading operations
- Minimum 10 years of experience in independently performing trade and accountable for P&L
- Experience in leading the portfolio of multiple geographic locations
- Experience and exposure on coal qualities and operations as well as traffic operations, freight & shipping
