**SPV / Store Supervisor**

**Kualifikasi**:
1. Wanita Usia maksimal 29 tahun.

2. Pendidikan minimum SMA/K.

3. Pengalaman kerja di industry Retail Fashion sebagai Supervisor / Team Leader
/Koordinator mínimal 1 tahun.

4. Berpenampilan menarik, rapi, enerjik dan detil.

5. Memiliki leadership skill, interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik.

6. Siap bekerja dengan sistem shift.

**Job Desk**:
1. Memastikan target penjualan tercapai.

2. Menjalankan prosedur dan administrasi sesuai dengan SOP yang sudah dibuat
dan ditetapkan dalam menunjang Operation.

3. Melakukan control dan check terhadap inventory store (slow moving, fast moving,
dead moving) dan membuat report harian, mingguan dan bulanan ke pusat.

4. Melaksanakan Stock Opname di store sesuai waktu yang telah ditetapkan dengan
penuh tanggung jawab.

5. Memastikan standar kualitas, layanan pelanggan terpenuhi, menangani
pertanyaan, keluhan, dan masalah pelanggan.

6. Mengatur shift staff toko (melihat tanggal merah dan midnight sale mall).
