Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform (shopee, tokopedia, lazada, tiktok) - Prepared, Managing and executing promotional campaigns - Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps - Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment - Execute online marketing initiatives set by the Marketing Communications Manager - Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through - Monitoring stock level, Analyzing and tracking the increase & decline of the sales performance and Report on Digital & E-Commerce Performance - Monitor the implementation of marketing and sales strategies - Increase traffic and sales in e-commerce and social media by preparing compelling content and promotions - Updating products to various markets and social media - Responsible for the existing ecommerce team - Manage all product listings i.e. listing landing page schedule& requirements, creating copy content on all landing pages, ensuring pricing is correct across all platforms and product information is correct - Bachelor Degree in any major who have experience in handling E-Commerce or Digital Marketing at least 2 years - Knowledge in Retail & E-Commerce industry - Having deep knowledge in Tiktok shop, shoope and Tokopedia Marketing Campaign - Strong analytical skill, problem solving, and decision making skill - Enjoy working in dynamic environment and ability to maintain relationship across team and externals - Meticulous and time focused in completing the task at hand and accurately "Waspada terhadap Modus Penipuan pada saat proses interview.
