- Pendidikan Teknik mesin/electro Lebih disukai
- Memiliki pengalaman 2 - 3 tahun di electrical & mechanical.
- Menguasai alat berat seperti forklift, truk dan crane lebih disukai.
- Memiliki _Leadership_, Proaktif, Tegas, insiatif dan kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
- Mempunyai SIO Crane / Forklift dan welder sertificate Lebih disukai.
- Memahami iso 9001 tahun 2015 & 5R lebih disukai.

**Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab**:

- Melaksanakan dan mengatur pelaksanaan breakdown (perbaikan/perawatan) dengan kesesuaian SLA.
- Melaksanakan dan mengatur pembagian tugas preventive maintenance.
- Melakukan pemeriksaan rutin (harian-mingguan-bulanan) mesin & pendukungnya sesuai jadwal yang telah dibuat.
- Mengatur dan mengontrol stock spare part mesin produksi dan pendukung produksi sesuai penerapan ISO.
- Membuat form permintaan barang & merekap dalam laporan perbaikan mesin produksi.
- Memastikan mesin produksi dan pendukungnya berada pada kondisi optimal dan siap beroprasi.
- Melakukan control pada peralatan & perlengkapan penunjang perbaikan yang ada.
- Mengontrol kinerja semua anggota teknisi sesuai KPI masing masing anggota.
- Merekomendasi atas kondisi da kinerja mesin agar tetap terawatt dan beroprasi dengan normal dan efisien.
- Pencatatan laporan dan history perbaikan (penerapan ISO).
- Menjaga dan melaksanakan K3 DAN 5R sesuai standard perusahaan.
- Melakukan Support facility dan perawatan gedung.
