Utility Manager

To lead the project of the BOOM packages and act as the single point contact for Company for the vendors of the BOOM packages in relation to Current Project. These include Combined Heat and Power Basics to produce Electricity, HP Boiler, hydrogen and Nitrogen Generation and Thermal Oil Heating, Cooling tower, water treatment plant & wastewater treatment plant.
- For managing Project activities mainly related to Mechanical completion, commissioning and start-up of refinery, hydrogenation and oleochemical plant to achieve excellence at the Project Execution level. Works with the Entire Project Team consisting of Internal Operational Team, Consultants, Contractors, Vendors and others.
- To lead the project & process safety team by providing comprehensive project control support and planning across all phases of projects. Involve in Budget Preparation, Cost Monitoring, Cost Control and reporting. Hazop ,Hazid, SIL (Safety Improvement Plan) & LOPA (Layers of Protection Analysis) review.
- To support the Program Manager with progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, Cost Control, variance identification and opportunities for improvement.
- Review of Basic & Detail Design Engineering activities of all the process plants of the Project.
- Interface with other disciplines, user departments, Plant Technology Vendors, Construction teams and operating teams during all phases of the project.
- Support the site safety management team in implementation of the Project’s SHE Management plan.
- Manage for production process activity & maintain production machine in Utility related in terms of distributing of water steam, air, & waste based on requirement of plant production.
- Control utility production cost.
- Coordinate with third parties & plant production related in terms of distributing of utilities (steam, thermal oil heater, natural gas, power generation, water.
- Manage for production electrical activity & maintain electrical machine in plant based on requirement of plant production.
- Coordinate with third parties & plant production related in terms of distributing of electrical.
- Maintain & Ensure 100% availability of Site Electrical Systems (HV / LV)
- Power Systems / All Sub Stations / all factory MCC’s and relevant Electricals (Motors / Controls / Panels /UPS / Lighting / Lightning Arrestors) which are available for Operation.
- Liaising with PLN / KINRA for Electrical distribution related issues, Statutory & Inspection activities.
- Factories - Analysis of necessary data with All Engineers, Managers and suppliers.
- Production and Engineering support.
- Preventive / Predictive activities related to Electrical & utility Maintenance within site as per schedule and as per Safety Standards.
- Managing effectively the functioning of all Monitoring systems ex-meters related to measurements of Electricity for all the Factories attached with and the effective operation of all factories Electricals. Energy Meter monitoring and recording of values in Strata (Automated way) / manual.
- Co-ordinating with Maintenance Contractors for all Maintenance related activities.
- Report to project Director / Superiors during Emergency and Critical activities which are taking more than 2 Hrs.
- Shift Co-Ordination with Mechanical / Instrumentation / Production Team Leaders.
- Proper Job Delegation / Execution.
- Manage the Site Electrical & utility Maintenance activities in effective co-ordination with Mechanical / Instrumentation / Production staffs.
- Adopting WCM (world class manufacturing) Maintenance Practices to ensure equipment availability.
- Drive the safety related action in All Electrical and utility Maintenance for the Site / Factories_._

**Skills and Key Requirements**
- Having work experience with Chemical / FMCG Industries
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Utility Operation and electrical distribution.
- Certification in Government Electrical Certification.
- Trainings in SHE : Confined Space Entry, SHE : Working at Height, SHE : Electrical Safety, SHE : First Aid, SHE : Environmental Awareness, QA : Food Safety System Certification 22000, QA : Sistem Jaminan Halal & Kosher, QA : Good Manufacturing Practise + B2, QA : RSPO.
- Experience and Knowledge on HV/ MV /LV Lines and Power Generation units using GT / DG & Gas Engines.
- Maintenance of Electrical Substation/ Panels and Electrical Part of Maintenance of air compressors and chillers, blowers and pumps, etc.
- Maintenance Management System (Ex-SAP / CMMS) / Updation like Work order Updation/Obtaining Clearance & Permits / History details updation.
- Maintenance System / Strategy Implementation & Analysing the reports(Energy Data) and ensuring the PPM Details, Analysis reports. History details are getting captured in line with Good Engineering Practices & WCM requirements.
- Knowledgeable on power generation, transmission and distribution and related HV/MV/LV Electrical Maintenance.
