People Business Partner

**About the Role**

As our People Business Partner for the GoTo Corporate team, you’ll serve as a strategic and trusted advisor within our People and Culture (PAC) organization, partnering closely with leaders across key corporate functions. You’ll balance business priorities with people needs, offering both strategic insights and hands-on support to executive-level stakeholders. Starting as an individual contributor, this role may evolve into leading a team of People Business Partners in the future. You’ll also contribute to cross-functional and regional initiatives, sharing best practices and helping to strengthen people strategies across the GoTo ecosystem.

**What You Will Do**:

- Build and maintain effective partnerships with leaders, serving as a credible and valued thought partner, and contributing to strategic conversations with senior leadership, ensuring it's aligned with business priorities
- Serve as a trusted liaison for managers and employees in your client groups, providing expert guidance, support, and data accuracy.
- Provide PAC programmatic partnership on cyclical, COE-driven initiatives (e.g., engagement survey analysis, communication, and planning execution; mid-year and year-end pay and promotion planning; talent management; performance reviews)
- Advise on organizational design to optimize for business outcomes in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
- Partner with leaders on strategic change initiatives, including team engagement, integration, and growth transformations.
- Oversee the delivery of business solutions, ensuring timeliness, strategic alignment, and excellence in quality
- Act as the Project Management lead in delivering HR related business projects** What You Will Need**:

- At least 5 years of demonstrated People Business Partner experience (or equivalent) within online or technology-focused organizations.
- Experience delivering projects, like talent development and/or recognition programs, across regions and functions.
- Experience working within an entrepreneurial organizational/fast-growing/tech organization culture is preferred.
- Strong ability to generate innovative HR solutions that suitable and appropriate for GoTo
- Comfortable challenging the status quo; a self-starter attitude with the ability to embrace new opportunities and always sees things through to completion
- Strong analytical thinking skills in order to analyze people’s data and trends in the Gojek ecosystem
- Ability to work at a quick pace whilst maintaining appropriate attention to detail and ethical standards** About the Team**

The Corporate People Business Partner (PBP) team is based in Jakarta, Indonesia, and plays a critical role in shaping how GoTo’s corporate functions operate and grow. Each team member partners with at least one executive leader, focusing on areas like organizational design and effectiveness, workforce planning, change management, talent management, and the delivery of key PAC programs such as pay and promotion cycles, engagement surveys, and talent reviews.
