**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dynamic **Talent Acquisition & Business Partner** to play a pivotal role in driving Electrum’s growth through people. You will lead the full recruitment cycle and partner closely with business leaders to build strong teams, elevate performance, and foster a thriving culture in Indonesia’s 2W electric mobility ecosystem.

**What You Will Do**:
**Talent Acquisition**:

- Manage end-to-end hiring: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

- Build strategic hiring pipelines for critical and future roles.

- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.

- Track hiring metrics and continuously improve recruitment performance.

**Business Partnering**:

- Act as trusted advisor to business leaders on people strategy and talent decisions.

- Support performance management cycles (OKR/KPI setting, mid-year & annual reviews).

- Monitor team health, engagement trends, and retention drivers.

- Address employee relations issues professionally and in compliance with labor regulations.

- Facilitate onboarding and support new hires’ early success in the role.

- Identify development needs and coordinate with L&D for capability growth.

**What You Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, or related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR Business Partnering — ideally in a **tech, automotive, or manufacturing** environment.

- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with a data-driven approach to recruitment.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with agility and resilience.

- Familiarity with HR best practices including labor regulations, performance cycles, and HRIS.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience scaling teams in a high-growth startup.

- Knowledge of technical hiring (engineering, product, operations).

- Hands-on experience with engagement, culture-building, or L&D programs.
