DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationIndonesia - YogyakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Deskripsi Pekerjaan:
- Mengelola dan memantau seluruh kegiatan operasional SPX Customer Service Training Team
- Mengembangkan kurikulum untuk mendukung training_ _secara berkala
- Berkolaborasi dengan seluruh tim (internal dan eksternal) dan meningkatkan _workflow _atau alur kerja untuk proses pelatihan SPX Customer Service
- Mengawasi dan memantau SPX Customer Service Training Team Leader untuk memastikan bahwa target dan/atau _matrix _telah tercapai
- Mengadakan rapat untuk menjamin kelancaran dan efisiensi komunikasi dengan tim internal ataupun tim eksternal

**Requirements**:

- Persyaratan:
- Minimal pendidikan S1/D4/sederajat
- Berpengalaman 3-4 tahun di bidang terkait sebagai _trainer_
- Mampu berkomunikasi yang baik, jelas, dan terstruktur: lisan dan tulisan
- Lancar dalam berbahasa inggris, secara lisan dan tulisan
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership dan manajemen tim: _coaching, problem-solving, & decision-making_
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang kuat dan berpikir secara terstruktur, terutama dalam menyelesaikan masalah
- Memiliki Kemampuan dalam menggunakan Microsoft Office dan melakukan presentasi secara terstruktur
- Mengerti metodologi _training _atau _coaching_ menjadi nilai tambahan: iGrow/SMART goals
