DESIGNATION : Senior IT Database Admin Associate

RESPONSIBILITIES
Building reliable database system with the best performance, high integrity and securable. Also involved in the planning and development of the database infratructure design as well as in maintaining and troubleshooting any database issues on behalf of the users
- Help DBA Lead and IT Infra Manager to provide Database System to support on the ALTO Product and services development
- Follow standards and best practices for database and continuously improve the database infrastructure.
- Provide Database System and Design on the Product Design Phase based on user needsGood understanding for user needs and deliver the expected outcomes
- Supporting other division activity when needed based on service requestsPerform database configuration changes needed as per business requirement
- Ensure BAU and operational delivered based on current SLA
- Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with All internal IT Infrastructure team (Network, Server, DBA, Sysapps,IT Automation)
- Establish and maintain active and constructive relationships with other divisions especially key collaboration division (Product, PMO, App Support, Development)
- Risk/Findings audit and Vulnerability Assessment to be Remediate
- Ensure communication to any internal/external stakeholder, when there are any activity related to database team scope of work that are relate and impact to customer products and services
- Perform all database changes via ALTO's PAM

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/Electrical Enginnering
- Proven experience as DBA or similar position at least 5 year experience.
- Having database administrator certification will be advantages
- Having database administrator certification will be advantages
- Having experience in DbaaS will be advantages
