Customer Service with Gis Experience

**Qualifications**:
- **Minimum 1 year of experience**as a Customer Service representative or in a related role.
- Ability to understand and interpret GIS (Geographic Information System) data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English **(prefered english active)**:
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with targets and a strong customer service orientation.
- Residing in or **willing to be placed in Yogyakarta**
**Responsibilities**:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions related to products or services.
- Utilize and interpret GIS data to assist customers in mapping, analysis, and geographic information interpretation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to effectively handle customer requests or issues.
- Record and document customer interactions for analysis and service improvement.
