Responsibilities:

- Efficiently handle customer inquiries and complaints through Omni channel (Chat) or Inbound call (voice)
- Escalate complex issues to the Team Lead for resolution
- Maintain a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute
- Exhibit effective communication and active listening skills
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support

Qualification:

- Minimum of 1 year of relevant working experience in Customer Service/Support,
- Demonstrating strong communication skills in both Bahasa and English
- Have experience working as part of a customer service voice team
- Minimum education requirement: Diploma or equivalent, bachelor level is preferred
- Willingness to work in a shifting mode, including public holidays, as part of an 18/7 roster
- Familiarity with various customer service tools and technologies
- Ability to execute smart solutions
- Empathy and a customer-centric approach
- Having experience in live chat is a plus
- Able to do smiling voice
- Good Communication and writing in English
