**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day lab operations
- Cost management: budgetary/capacity planning
- Ensure quality adherence to documented procedures and protocols
- Training & development of staff
- Lead laboratory team for all AABB, Ministry of Health, ISO and other audits where applicable
- Work closely with Medical Directors and Clinical Pathologist for any laboratory-related issues that require medical oversight
- Ensure lab proficiency testing and controls
- Vendor/ supplier qualification and procurement of critical material and services
- Monitor process deviations and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Client interfacing for special cases, from time to time
- Involve in laboratory related services development

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor/Master (more preferable in Biotechnology, Life Science or Biology
- Laboratory management/ supervisory experience
- Experience in processing umbilical cord blood will be advantageous
- Relevant quality assurance (AABB, ISO) and regulatory compliance (Ministry of Health) experience
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment
- Ability to lead and motivate lab staff
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must be Hepatitis B immunized

**Salary**: Rp15,000,000 - Rp24,000,000 per month
