We develop machine simulation and learning technologies for “all makes' of equipment manufacturers, ‘all mines' surface and underground and “all models” with the OEM ranges. Our Asia region is based from Jakarta, Indonesia and has a substantial customer base in Indonesia, but the region also covers customers across Southeast Asia including Mongolia, India, Philippines, Laos etc.

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Country Manager to focus on leading, developing and maintaining a highly skilled, professional and effective team, capable of consistently meeting the agreed annual business objectives and revenue targets.

**The Position**

The Country Manager is primarily responsible for driving new and existing Business Development activities and ensuring seamless and efficient Service Delivery for our customers, expanding our solutions within the region. Ensuring a healthy, engaged customer base, will be key to your success in this position.

The position will take ownership for setting strategy and direction for the Asia region.

**Key responsibility areas include**:

- Leading and managing the Asia region to meet business objectives
- Leading, coaching and developing a professional sales team
- Developing strong and trusted business relationships with customers
- Strategic planning to ensure the company maintains key client accounts and maximises growth opportunities
- Meeting or exceeding Revenue, Profit and Sales targets
- Identifying, supporting and resolving Sales performance, Sales management and Sales compliance issues
- Lead service renewal contracts to ensure revenue streams are maintained
- Ensuring the Sales pipeline is tracked and supports the overall achievement of the Sales plan
- Maintaining safety, customer maturity and satisfaction across all client accounts
- Lead, empower, and mentor our local services team to ensure Indonesia continues to deliver outstanding customer experience
- Foster cohesive engagement of internal teams to ensure customer retention and growth; service delivery is leveraged for increased opportunity to upsell and cross-sell
- Assist with company related admin, legal and governance compliance
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business

Will be a senior people leader, a seasoned, motivated and successful sales professional who demonstrates a proven track record of effective leadership, coupled with the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will be able develop rapport with people easily, adding value to customer's businesses through successful partnering and advocacy.

**Key Skills & Experience**
- Exceptional People leadership capability; able to engage and build a cohesive team culture easily
- Strong service delivery background with solid experience in account management and business development.
- Track record of delivering results including:

- Identifying business opportunities;
- Developing account strategies;
- Executing business plans;
- Sales pipeline development and management
- Commercial negotiation;
- Advanced English, oral and written and Bahasa.
- A sound understanding of how business is conducted in Indonesia and the wider region.

While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:

- Experience in delivering solutions to mining companies.
- Understanding operational issues and key business drivers relative to large scale mining.
- Ability to understand organisational risk and align technical solutions accordingly
- Experience in high value multiple stakeholder engagements.

This position is based in Jakarta, Indonesia however, frequent travel within Indonesia and Internationally will be required. This position is open only to Indonesian citizens and permanent residents or individuals who have the right to work in Indonesia.

Immersive offers a very competitive remuneration package with quarterly bonus (based on OTE) plus company paid benefits.
