About the role

As the Vice President of Product Marketing & Promotion at PT. IAS HOSPITALITY INDONESIA', you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's marketing and promotional strategies for its range of innovative hospitality products and services. In this full-time position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, development and execution of impactful marketing campaigns to effectively position the company's offerings in the highly competitive hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to promote the company's products and services
  2. Overseeing the creation of engaging, on-brand marketing collateral and content to support the sales and marketing efforts
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing activities with broader business objectives
  4. Analysing market trends, customer insights and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
  5. Managing the product promotion budget and optimising marketing expenditure for maximum return on investment
  6. Leading a team of talented marketing professionals and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture
  7. Continuously seeking opportunities to enhance the company's brand visibility and market position

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 8 years of proven experience in product marketing or brand management, preferably within the hospitality or related industry
  2. Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing campaigns
  3. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalise on market opportunities
  4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  5. Data-driven approach to marketing, with the ability to analyse and interpret complex information
  6. Proven track record of leading and motivating high-performing marketing teams
  7. Passion for the hospitality industry and a keen understanding of emerging trends and customer preferences
