Sales Force Maintenance Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end administration of sales force personnel within organizational systems. This includes onboarding, offboarding, and personnel movements such as promotion, demotion, rotation, and rehiring. The role ensures that all sales force-related data is updated accurately and efficiently, supporting seamless integration across internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding of Sales Force Personnel- Agent Code Registration: Assign and register unique agent codes in the system.- MyHR Registration: Ensure timely and accurate registration of new sales force members in the MyHR system.- Documentation: Verify and upload all necessary documents to the system.

2. Offboarding of Sales Force Personnel- Termination Tasks: Execute offboarding processes, ensuring system deactivation and termination of accounts.- Record Updates: Update relevant systems with termination dates and details.- Compliance: Ensure offboarding aligns with organizational and regulatory guidelines.

3. Personnel Movements Administration- Promotion and Demotion: Process system updates for job changes, including position details and associated compensation adjustments.- Rotation and Transfers: Handle administrative updates for sales force personnel moving across departments, regions, or teams.- Rehiring Tasks: Support the reactivation process for returning employees, including system re-registration and access setup.

4. Data Integrity and Reporting- Maintain accurate sales force records in all relevant systems.- Monitor and resolve data discrepancies or system-related issues.- Generate periodic reports related to onboarding, offboarding, and personnel movements.
