As Compliance Officer, Regulatory Reporting for Western Union, you will play an active role within the compliance team. You will be responsible to monitor the quality of new and routine regulatory reports as requested by regulators in Indonesia, Singapore, Japan and Hong Kong. You will also work within compliance by enhancing accountability, facilitate cross-teams collaboration and seek opportunity for synergy and improved efficiency.

We look to you to ensure timely preparation and proper execution of new or routine compliance regulatory reporting within the region. You will drive implementation of new regulatory reporting and facilitate alignment between the global Compliance teams, IT and business, operations. You will also be in charge of reviewing current practices, updating regulatory desk reference and identifying opportunities for workflow improvements, and support the Regional Compliance Director in overseeing the delivery of regulatory reports requirements as well as develop new working process for the new reports.

For such a critical position, we require you to have experience in financial institutes. You need to have good understanding of BI/PPATK requirements, good sensibility of Risk and Control. Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesian is must. CAMS certification will be a plus to have.
