Job Mission

To ensure company's strict compliance with all payment system and electronic banking service regulations while supporting business growth through effective compliance management. This role will proactively identify regulatory risks, collaborate with relevant business units, and maintain excellent relationships with regulatory authorities, ultimately safeguarding the company's operations and reputation in Indonesia's financial services infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze regulatory developments from Bank Indonesia and other relevant authorities, and conduct comprehensive legal research on their impact on company operations
  2. Coordinate and ensure regulatory compliance across all relevant business units, including conducting compliance assessments of existing products and services
  3. Manage the company's licensing and permit processes, ensuring all required authorizations are obtained and maintained in accordance with regulatory requirements
  4. Prepare, review, and submit mandatory regulatory reports and disclosures to relevant authorities within prescribed deadlines
  5. Collaborate with the Business Process & Procedure unit to effectively integrate regulatory requirements into company procedures
  6. Develop and implement compliance monitoring programs to track ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements
  7. Provide regulatory interpretation and educate relevant departments on regulatory changes and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, or related field
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably in payment systems, banking, or financial services industry
  3. Strong understanding of Indonesian payment system and banking regulations, including Bank Indonesia regulations
  4. Excellent analytical and communication skills
  5. High integrity and strong work ethic
