**Deskripsi Pekerjaan**:
Melakukan alokasi sumber daya, waktu, dan lingkup pekerjaan serta mengorganisasi dari tahap persiapan, eksekusi, stabilisasi, dan tahap penutupan.

Melakukan monitoring progress pekerjaan disertai dengan report yang dibutuhkan secara regular sesuai dengan metodologi yang diambil

Menjadi jembatan komunikasi dari Stakeholder proyek, Lead User, maupun Co-PM pada Pihak Pertama.

Menjadi fasilitator seluruh SCRUM event dan membuang impendansi apabila metodologi dilakukan secara AGILE/SCRUM

Melakukan elaborasi pekerjaan secara detail dengan Mengelola resiko proyek sehingga dapat memiliki kontrol dan residual yang baik.

**Spesifikasi Posisi**:
Berpengalaman sebagai Project Manager dan/atau SCRUM Master mínimal selama 3 (tiga) tahun dan sudah menjalankan mínimal 2 (dua) siklus proyek hingga tahap close out.

Memiliki sertifikasi Project Management dan/atau SCRUM Master dan/atau Product Owner.

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dalam lingkup professional dengan Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris secara verbal maupun tulisan.

Memiliki Pemahaman yang baik dalam teknologi terkini, arsitektur data, jaringan/infrastruktur dan aplikasi, maupun metodologi proyek.

Pernah memegang role sebagai Developer/System Analyst adalah sebuah nilai tambah.
