**Job Roles and Responsibilities**

**Position Function**:
Responsible to manage and control operation of Oleochemical Plants to ensure plant to meet production volume target, quality specification and customer requirement, optimally and cost effective on time in full (OTIF), comply with environment and sustainability standard, include in maintaining and improving oleo chemical factory human resource morale, skill and knowledge.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Fully involve in the commissioning process of the plant and ensure standards have been met
- Provide technical expertise and support in the day production activities
- Oversees and drives the achievement of the production goals
- Drive improvement and efficiencies throughout the process, delivery of operational excellence and TPM
- Manage production costs and improve deployment of resources to improve profitability
- Support implementation of innovation and project initiatives within the plant.
- Ensure proper documentation of the production process and SOPs in line with the corporate guidelines
- Prepare environmental impact and safety assessments as well as creating and maintaining a work environment that is clean, tidy and safe at all times.
- Making the right decision for the operational issues to avoid accidents, damage to equipment and lost production time.
- Proactive in implementing management systems and productivity improvement programs implemented by the company.
- Evaluate the production target base on quality and quantity.
- Evaluate the performance of subordinates and do appraisal.

**Skills and Key Requirements**

**Job specifications**:
1. Experience:

- FMCG Minimal 10 years in Chemicals manufacturing plant (Oleochemical plant preferable)

2. Training:

- Employer's Code of Business Principles (CBP)
- Company Regulation
- Quality system (ISO 9001: 2015 (Quality management system), FSSC 22000 (Food safety system certification), SJH (Sistem Jaminan Halal), Kosher, GMP+ B2 (Feed Safety Assurance), SMETA.
- SHE system (ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System), ISO 45001 (Health and Safety Management System), PtW - Life Saving Procedure, Safe Travel, Socialization Proper / Proper Awareness.

3. Skill:

- Capable to operate MS Windows, MS Office
- Capable to calculate the data thoroughly and accurate
- Capable to handle the plant Dove and Soap manufacturing
- Have knowledge about employment rules
- Have highly integrity, honestly, highly motivation, highly analytical, has strong problem solving skills, good interpersonal and can work personally or team
- Have strong leadership skills and able to lead a big team.
- Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
