**About the Role**

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our lending products. This role will be responsible for scaling our consumer lending product and launching new lending solutions tailored for merchants. You will work at the intersection of credit, risk, user experience, and financial operations—balancing access, growth, and sustainability.

This is a high-impact role in one of Southeast Asia's most dynamic lending markets, with the opportunity to shape financial products that directly improve lives and livelihoods.

**What You Will Do**:

- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for consumer and merchant lending products.
- Define and execute the product roadmap to grow loan origination, improve portfolio quality, and drive engagement across consumer and merchant segments.
- Collaborate with credit risk, compliance, operations, and engineering teams to design lending flows that are intuitive, scalable, and compliant.
- Develop and experiment with credit policies, pricing strategies, and loan structures to optimize for uptake and repayment.
- Work with data teams to track product performance and cohort behavior; use insights to iterate and improve key KPIs such as approval rate, conversion rate, and delinquency.
- Partner with commercial and marketing teams to discover new lending opportunities in the broader Fazz ecosystem.
- Champion the customer—ensuring our lending products are trusted, accessible, and create positive impact.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- 2-4 years of product management experience in **lending, credit, fintech, or consumer financial services** (startup or fast-growth company preferred).
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities evolve and problems aren’t always clearly defined.
- Experience building or scaling digital credit products (e.g., personal loans, SME loans, BNPL, working capital).
- Understanding of key lending principles: risk management, underwriting, collections, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong ownership mindset. You can take initiatives from 0 to 1 and scale them sustainably.
- Excellent stakeholder management, including senior leaders. You align cross-functional teams, clear blockers swiftly, and drive decisions in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
