**About this role**:

- Full end to end Account Payable function, including data processing, bank reconciliations
- Processing employees Expenses claims, including validation of receipts, coding, internal compliance checking, and providing advice to staff on project and overhead coding
- General Ledger and Cashbook upload and input
- Monthly WHT and VAT computation, generation of ID billing for tax payment, data entry of WHT information into the online tax portal (SPT Unifikasi), and generation of WHT slip
- Preparation of monthly cashflow reporting
- Compiling and reconciliation of schedules such as P&L, Balance Sheets, Intercompany and any ad hoc schedules
- Assist with the preparation of the quarterly consolidation pack and annual audit
- Assist in responding to the group account’s, auditor's or tax authority's questions.
- Follow mandatory process, procedures and policies
- Serve as the backup for Billing and Account Receivables function
- Ad hoc accounts and administration duties as required

**Desirable traits**:

- Degree in Accounting, proficiency with excel, 3 - 5 years experiences
- Ability and willing to learn MM FIS/MIS systems and coordinate the system integration alongside the finance policies and procedures
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
- Implementing policies, systems, processes and procedures
- Organised, time management and ability to achieve deadlines
- Team player with the ability to communicate / report to peers / seniors
- Result focused, energetic and enthusiastic
